ORDINANCE No. 216
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 128 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1975 TO JUNE 30, 1976.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 128, relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year
July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
"B. Department of Parks and Recreation
Herbert C. Shipman Park $76,600"
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be transferred
from G-86000 Minor CIP Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 128 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,

This Bill amends Ordinance No. 128, the Capital Budget, by
adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
Herbert C. Shipman Park 76,600
