ORDINANCE No. 223
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 14,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 14, Section 2, Article 14, Chapter 6,
Hawaii County Code is amended by adding the following item:
" Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side,
beginning from a point 45 feet Puna of Furneaux Lane
and extending 30 feet in the Puna direction."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
Date of Introduction: August 18, 1976
Date of Adoption: September 1, 1976
Effective Date: September 9, 1976

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 14, HAWAII
COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 14, Hawaii
County Code, as amended, to establish a freight loading zone on
the mauka side of Kamehameha Avenue, puns of Furneaux Lane,
