ORDINANCE NO., 230
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) , ARTICLE 16
(STOPPING FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING ONLY) , HAWAII COUNTY CODE ,
AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 223 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 . Schedule 14 (Freight - Loading Zone) ,
Section 2, Article 16 , Chapter 6 , Hawaii County Code is
amended by adding the following item:
"24. Kamehameha Avenue, mauka side, beginning from a
point 45 feet Puna of Furneaux Lane and extending
30 feet in the Puna direction. "
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
