ORDINANCE NO,, 232
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 211 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1976, TO
JUNE 30, 1977.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1 . Section lof Ordinance No. 211, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1,
1976, to June 30, 1977, is hereby amended by increasing revenues
in the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund by $50,000.
SECTION 2. Section 2 is amended by adding the following
project:
"DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION:
Baker' s Beach Acquisition and Development $50, 000"
SECTION 3. The balances in the following project accounts
are transferred and consolidated in the project account entitled
"Ka ' u Parks and Facilities: "

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its

This Bill amends Ordinance 211, the Capital Budget, by adding
$50,000 for Baker' s Beach Acquisition and Development and trans-
' ferring $93 ,467 from various project balances to Kau Parks and
Facilities.
