ORDINANCE NO. 233
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 211 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1 , 1976, TO JUNE 30 , 1977.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 211 , Relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year
July 1, 1976 , to June 30, 1977 , is hereby amended by adding
the following project :
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS , ROADS :
Punaluu Beach Road $24, 994. 45
SECTION 2 , Funds for this project shall be transferred
from balance of fund in the project entitled Sidewalk to Kau
High School (C-32802) .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 211 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1976, TO JUNE 30, 1977.
This Bill amends Ordinance 211, the Capital Budget, by adding
the following project: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, ROADS:
Punaluu Beach Road - $24,994.45.
