BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII : SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 305 , Section 2 , relating to the Preliminary Assessment Roll , is hereby amended to delete and include the following: 1. Delete the assessable area (87 ,120 square feet) from Assessment Roll No. 6 of the Preliminary Assessment Roll submitted under Assessment Report dated December 24 , 1969 . 2 . Transfer the general improvements and water system assessment costs to amended Assessment Roll No. 6 of the Preliminary Assessment Roll : No. 6 (15,000 Sq. Ft. ) Joe Enos Farias and Wf Dorothy M.
