AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 211 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1976 TO
JUNE 30, 1977 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No . 211, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1976
to June 30, 1977, is hereby amended by adding the following project :
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION:
Hamakua Recreational Facilities $209, $40
(Construction of recreational
facilities in the Hamakua District ;
including plans, surveys, acquisi-
tions and other appurtenant items)
SECTION 2 . Funds for this project shall be transferred from
balance of funds in the following accounts :
B-7033 Honokaa Swimming Pool $ 39, $40
C-7530$ Honokaa Swimming Pool 25,000
C-7630$ Honokaa Swimming Pool 50,000
C-72503-R Hamakua & N/S Kohala Golf Course 50,000

SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Bill amends Ordinance 211, the Capital Budget, by adding
the following project: DEPARTMENT OF PARKS & RECREATION:
Hamakua Recreational Facilities - $209,840.
