HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1976-239 1976-1980 BILL NO. 25$ COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE N©.. 239 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 3 , SECTION 4, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE PARK DEDICATION CODE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII : SECTION 1. Chapter 17, Article 3, Section 4, relating to the effective date of the Park Dedication Code is hereby further amended to read as follows : "Sec. 4. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect as of LDec. 31, 1976 July 1, 1977. " SECTION 2 . Ordinance No. 212 is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. Wren incorporating this Ordinance into the Hawaii County Code, the incorporator need not include the brackets, the bracketed material, or the underscoring. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
