ORDINANCE NO. 240
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 211 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1976, TO JUNE 30, 1977.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 211, Relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year
July 1 , 1976, to June 30, 1977, is hereby amended by adding
the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, ROADS:
Hilo Landfill Road Improvements $ 20, 148. 55
SECTION 2 . Funds for this project shall be transferred
from balance of funds in the following projects :
C-32201-R Laupahoehoe Homestead Road
Improvement $ 5, 478. 03
C-32203 Manowaiopae Road - Realignment
and Pavement 8, 755.02
C-32308 Kihalani Camp Road 11.96
C-34205 Kihalani Homestead Road 5 , 903 . 54
$ 20, 148. 55
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

ROADS: Hilo Landfill Road Improvements - $20,148.55.
