ORDINANCE NO. 243
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 8 OF CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE , AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1. Schedule 5 , Section 5 , Article 8 , Chapter 6
(Traffic Code) , Hawaii County Code, is hereby amended by
adding the following item under the "Thirty-five miles per
hour" subsection:
"26 . Wright Road in Volcano, Puna. "
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
