AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 6,
SECTION 1, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1975, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
U-TURN AREAS.
BE IT ORDAINEI) BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION :L. Chapter 6, Article 6, Hawaii County Code
1975, as amended, is hereby amended by adding an item to
Section 1D th<~reof to read as follows:
"7. Only for mauka bound traffic on Palani Road
at the intersection of Palani Road and Queen Kaahumanu
Highway in North Kona."
SECTION L. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

SECTION 1, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1975, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO

This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 6,
Section 1, Hawaii County Code 1975, as amended, authorizing
U-turn movement at the intersection of Palani Road with
Queen Kaahumanu Highway, North Kona.
Date Introduced: May 18, 1977
