ORDINANCE NO. ~r~2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 5, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1975, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 5 of` Chapter 6, Article 8,
Section 5, Hawaii County Code 1975, as amended, is hereby
further amended by deleting item 12 which reads: "Hawaii
Belt Road, from a point 500 feet Hamakua of the Wainaku
cut-off road to Kanoe [sic] Street."

TO PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMITS.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), P.rticle 8,
Section 5, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by eliminating 45 mph
speed zone on Hawaii Belt Road, from a point 500 feet Hamakua
of the *.^iainaku cut-off road to Kanoe Street.
Date Introduced: June 1, 1977

Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
