ORDINANCE NO. 2Sa)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 8, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1975, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO NO-PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 15, Section 8,
Hawaii County Code 1975, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding the following item under the "KONA"
district classification:
" Kuakini Highway, mauka side, between Palani
Road and the Old Kona Airport."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), F.rticle 15,
Section 8, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by adding Kuakini
Highway, mauka side, between Palani Road and the Old Kona
Airport as a no-parking zone.
