ORDINANCE NO. tig 4
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER Ei (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 5, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1975, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO SPECIAL SPEED LIMIT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6, Article 8, Section 5,
Hawaii County Code 1975, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto under the "THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR"
classification the following item:
" Ka'Imi Nani Street."
SECTION 2. This ordinance: shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 8,
Section 5, Hawaii County Code 197'i, as amended, by establishing
a 35 mph speed. limit for Ka'Imi N<3ni Street.
