ORDINANCE NO, K.r.7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE), ARTICLE 14, SECTION 3
AND ARTICLE 15, SECTION 3, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATIVE
TO PERMITTED USES WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONED DISTRICTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 8, Article 14, Section 3, letter W is hereby
redesignated as letter X,
SECTION 2. Chapter 8, Article 14, Section 3 is hereby amended
by adding thereof a new item after letter W:
"W, Restaurants."
SECTION 3. Chapter 8, Article 1`i, Section 3, letters Af are
hereby redesignated as letters Ag.
SECTION 4. Chapter 8, Article 1-`i, Section 3 is hereby amended
by adding thereof a new item after letters Af:
"Af. Restaurants."
SECTION 5. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is
declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts
of this ordinance.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Bill amends Chapter 8 (Zoning Code), Article 14, Section 3
and Article 15, Section 3, Hawaii County Code, as amended, relative
to permitted uses within industrial zoned districts.
