ORDINANCE NO. X99
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75 RELATING TO A CHANGE OF DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-3a) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
(RS-15) AT WAIAKEA HOMESTEADS, 2nd SERIES, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED
BY TAX MAP KEY 2-4-38:3 & 4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Condition C of Section 2, Ordinance No. 75, is hereby
amended by deleting that condition in its entirety and replacing it
with the following:
"(c) A payment of $250 pear lot for parks and recreational
purposes be assessed."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

the park area requirement.
