ORDINANCE N0. .3n~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 16, SECTION 4, AND ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 8, OF CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO BUS STOPS AND NO PARKING ZONES,
RESPECTIVELY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 16,
Section 4, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by deleting the item under "SOUTH HILO"
of Schedule 15, which item refers to the bus stop on the
Puna side of Pauahi Street.
SECTION 2. Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15,
Section 8, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding the following item under "SOUTH HILO"
of Schedule 12 (No Parking Zone):
" Pauahi Street, Puna side, beginning
from Aupuni Street and extending 200 feet in
the mauka direction."
SECTICN 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
