ORDINANCE NO. ;~1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1977 TO JUNE 30, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 289, relating to public improvements
and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1977 to June
30, 1978, is amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Roads
Kealakehe Pedestrian Overpass $175,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided by
transferring $175,000 from the Contingency Fund created under
Ordinance No. 264.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 289 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1977 TO JUNE 30, 1978,
This Bill amends Ordinance 289, the Capital Budget, by adding
the following project: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Roads $175,000
and that funds for this project shall be provided by transferring
$175,000 from the Contingency Fund created under Ordinance 264,
Date introduced: October 19, 1977
Copies of the foregoing Bi1:1, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first reading
at the meeting of the County Council on October 19, 1977, by the
