ORDINANCE N0. 'A`~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLES 12
AND 15, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SAFETY
ZONES AND NO-PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CAUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 8 (Safety Zones) of Chapter 6
(Traffic Code), Article 12, Section 4, Hawaii County Code,
as amended, is hereby further amended by amending item
number 3 under South Hilo to read:
"3. On the makai side of the Old Mamalahoa
Highway in Papaikou, from a point 220 feet
Hamakua of Anderton Camp Road to the entrance
of Kalanianaole School."
SECTION 2. Schedule 12 (No Parking Zones) of Chapter 6,
(Traffic Code), Article 15, Section 8, Hawaii County Code,
as amended, is hereby further amended by amending item
number 45 under South Hilo to read:
"45. On the makai side of the Old Mamalahoa
Highway in Papaikou, from a point 220 feet
Hamakua of Anderton Camp Road to the
entrance of Kalanianaole School."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
