SECTION 5, (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIT. OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTIOrd 1. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6, Article 8,
Section 5, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding the following item under the
"Thirty-five Miles Per Hour" category:
" Leilan:i Estates Avenue."
SEC'1'ION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENllING CHAPTEK 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 5, (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 8,
Section S, Hawaii County Code, as amended, establishing a 35 mph
speed limit for Leilani Estates Avenue.
