ORDINANCE NO. x334
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1977 TO JUNE
30, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 289, relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for Fiscal Year July 1, 1977 to June 30, 1978,
is hereby amended 'by adding the following projects and appropriations
from previous capital 'budgets that lapsed at June 30, 1977:
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:
Puna Road Baseyard
North Hilo Solid Waste
25,000
75,000
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 289, relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for Fiscal Year July 1, 1977 to June 30, 1978,
is further amended 'by adding the following project and appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:
Hilo Sewer System (Kuawa Street) 100,000
SECTION 3. Funds shall 'be provided from available proceeds
of any previous 'bond issue or any future ones.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOk FISCAL YEAk JULY 1, 1977
TO JUNE 30, 1978.
This Bill amends Ordinance 289, the Capital Budget, by
adding Puna koad Haseyard - S25,000 and North Hilo Solid
Waste - $75,000 from previous capital budgets that lapsed at
June 30, 1977, and adding a new project Hilo Sewer System
(Kuawa Street) - 5100,000.
Date Introduced: January 4,, 1978

Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
