ORDINANCE NO. 'Z. r
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) SECTION 6,
ARTICLE 15, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 6, Article 15, Chapter 6 (Traffic
Code), Hawaii County Code, as amended, is further amended to
read as follows:
"SEC. 6. PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED
"NO person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway
[for the principal purpose of]:
"A. [Displaying] Where such vehicle displays a
for sale sign.
"B. For the purpose of washing, polishing, greasing,
or repairing such vehicle except for repairs necessitated
by an emergency."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (,TRAFFIC CODE) SECTION 6,
ARTICLE 15, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (.Traffic Code), Section 6,
Article 15, Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating to
prohibiting parking for certain purposes.
