ORDINANCE NO. 33'7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1977 TO JUNE 30, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 232 is hereby amended by lapsing
the appropriation of $50,000 for Baker's Beach Acquisition and Development.
SECTION 2. Section 1, Subsection B of Ordinance No, 289, relating to
public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1977 to
June 30, 1978 is hereby amended by adding the following project:
LILIUOKALANI BEACH
$ 50,000
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1977 TO
JUNE 30, 1978.
This Bill amends Section 2 of the Ordinance No. 232 by lapsing
the appropriation of $50,000 for Baker's Beach Acquisition and
Development and amending Section 1, Subsection B of Ordinance 289,
by adding Liliuokalani Beach, $50,000.
Date Introduced: February 18, 1978
