ORDINANCE No. 34 3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 15,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO NO-PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 15,
Section 8, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by amending Item No. 77 under the "SOUTH
HILO" district classification to read:
"77. [Both sides of Kilauea Avennue from
Lanikaula Street northerly for a distance of 200
feet and southerly for a distance of 240 feet.]
Kilauea Avenue both sides, from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
daily, except Sundays and holidays, between Ohea Street
SECTION 2. Schedule 10 of Chapter 6, Article 15,
Section 4, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding a new item under the "SOUTH HILO"
district classification to read:
"l. Kilauea Avenue, both sides, between
Kawailani Street and Ohea Street."
SECTION 3. Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 15,
Section 8, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by repealing Item No. 89 under the "SOUTH
HILO" district classification.
SECTION 4. As to Sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance,
statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and new
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, brackets,
bracketed material or underscoring need not be printed.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 15,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO NO-PARKING ZONES.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15,
Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating to no-parking zones
along Kilauea Avenue.
