ORDINANCE NO.. 344
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 16,
SECTION 2D, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
FREIGHT LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 14 of Chapter 6, Article 16,
Section 2D, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding the following item:
"27. In Kailua Village, North Kona, on the
mauka side of Likana Lane starting from the edge
of the County parking lot that is nearest Alii Drive
and extending northwesterly for 120 feet."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 16,
SECTION 2D, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO FREIGHT
LOADING ZONES.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 16,
Section 2D, Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating to freight
loading zones along Likana Road in Kailua-Kona.
Date Introduced: April 1, 1978
