ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 7,
SECTION 3B, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
THROUGH STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 2 of Chapter 6, Article 7,
Section 3B, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
amended by amending Item No. 31 under the '"SOUTH HILO"
district classification to read:
°31. KAWAILANI STREET, from Kinoole Street to
its end in ~ westerly direction_7 the mauka direction.
except at Komohana Street.'"
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is
bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, brackets, bracketed material or underscoring
need not be printed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 7,
SECTION 3B, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THROUGH
STREETS.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 7,
Section 3B, Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating to through
streets to provide for four-way stop control at Kawailani-KOmohana
intersection.
Date Introduced: April 1, 1978
