AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
SECTION 1 Chapter 24, article l0, division 2, section 24-274 1, schedule 22 1 (Traffic
signal systems), subsecuon (f) Kona, of the Hawau County Code 1983 (1995 edmon), is
amended by adding the following to be appropnately numbered and to read as follows
Route 1 LTConawaena Elementary School Road
SECTION 2 Matenal to be repealed Is bracketed New matenal Is underscored [n
punting this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed matenal and undersconng need not be Included
SECTION 3 If any provision of this ordinance, or the apphcation thereof to any person
or circumstance, Is held invalid, such mvahdrty shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the Im-ahd provlslon or apphcauon, and to
this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable
SECTION 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
