AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 7,
SECTION 7B, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO RIGHT
TL19;N ANYTIME WITH CAUTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 3 of Chapter 6, Article 7,
Section 7B, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding a new item under the "SOUTH
HILO" district classification to read:
"1. Noe Street at its intersection with
Kalili Street, for vehicles headed in the Puna
direction."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 7,
SECTION 7B, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO RIGHT TURN
ANYTIME WITH CAUTION.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 7,
Section 7B, Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating to right turn
anytime with caution for Puna-bound traffic on Noe Street, at
Kalili Street, University Heights Subdivision.
Date Introduced: April 1, 1978
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
