AN ',ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 8B, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO NO
P ING ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 15,
Section 8B, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
fu~fther amended by adding the following items:
KONA
" 1$ Alii Drive, makai side, beginning from
a point 500 feet Ka'u side of Lunapule
Road and extending 350 feet in the Ka'u
direction.'"
19 Alii Drive, mauka side, beginning from a
point 670 feet Ka'u of Lunapule Road and
extending 275 feet in the Ka'u direction."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 15,
SECTION SB, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO NO PARKING
ZONE.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15,
Section 8B, Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating to no parking
zone along Alii Drive, near the Kona Tiki Hotel.
Date Introduced: April 1, 1978
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
