AN .ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 8,
SEGTION 5, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
SPBCIAL SPEED LIMITS.
BE 'IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6 (Traffic Code),
Article 8, Section 5, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is
hereby amended by adding the following item to the "Twenty-
Five Miles Per Hour" category.
" 31 Pahoa Solid Waste Disposal Road, known
as the Pahoa By Pass Road, for its
entire length."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 5, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SPECIAL
SPEED LIMITS.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 8,
Section 5, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by establishing a 25 mph
speed limit for roadway to Pahoa Solid Waste Disposal System.
Date Introduced: April 15, 1978
