ORDINANCE No. 35'7
SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 338, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
THE APPROPRIATION OF ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS AND
EXPENDITURE IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1978.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 338, as amended,
adopted on March 4, 1978, is hereby further amended by deleting
the following:
Account No. G-8570.5
1. Seven Seas Recreation Center Repair
Account No. G-8570.6
1. Leilani Street
2. Alii Drive, Kailua area
3. Manono Street
8, Repair Lyman Spring Meter
and inserting in its place the following:
Account No. G-8570.5
1. Naalehu Tennis Court Repairs
Account No. G-8570.6
Priority Items:
4. Kapaau, Davis area, Waimea Homesteads, Kawaihae Village
and Kuhio Village
5. Ahualoa area, Kaao Homesteads Subdivision
6. Pahala Village (So. of School)
7. Repair Hospital Meter
The above shall be reassigned priority positions 1, 2, 3, and 4,
respectively, and the following will be added:
5. Repair Leaks - ?4aiakea area
6. Repair Leaks - Paukaa area
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION OF ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS
AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURE" IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
1978.
This Bill amends Ordinance 338, Section 2, Priority List-
ing for Parks and Recreation, Repairs and Maintenance, by
deleting Seven Seas Recreation Center Repairs and substituting
in lieu thereof, Naalehu Tennis Court Repairs as Priority 1.
