ORDINANCE NO. 3~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 360 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF' FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1978 TO JUNE 30, 1979.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 360 relating to
public improvement and financing thereof for the fiscal year
July 1, 1978 to June 30, 1979, is hereby amended by addirn~ the
following supplementary appropriation under the Department of
Parks and Recreation:
Pahoa Playground 23,400
SECTION 2. Funds shall 'be provided from balances in the
Bond Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
