AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHA?TER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICL]s 7,
SECTION 3, HAWAII COUNTY ~~ODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
SIGNS REQUIRED AT THROUGH STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COU'.VCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 2 of Chapter 6, Article 7, Section 3,
Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by
amending Item No. 1 under the "KOHALA" district classii_ication
to read as follows:
"1. THE KOHALA MOUNTAIN ROAD (Route 250A) f_com
the Waimea to Kawaihae Road intersection to the N-~ulii-
Mahukona Road in H3WL [except at the Hawi approach to the
Kynnersley Road intersection]."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, t:he
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 3. This ordnance shall take effect upon its
aproval.
