AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 7,
SECTION 3B, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING T~~ SIGNS
REQUIRED AT THROUGH STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 2 of Chapter 6, Article 7, Section 3B,
Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding a new item under the "KONA" district classification to
read as follows:
"11. Kealakaa Street, from Palani Road to its
terminus."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
