AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 5, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6, Article 8,
Section 5, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby fixrther
amended by adding a new i.em under the "TWENTY-FIVE MILES PER
HOUR" category.

material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed mater_al and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
