ORDINANCE NO. +~`~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 5, HAWAII COUNTY (;ODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SPECIAL
SPEED LIMITS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6 (Traffic Code)
Article 8, Section 5, Haweiii County Code, as amended, is hereby
amended by adding the following item to the "TWENTY-FIFE MILES
PER HOUR" category.
"32. Ainaola Drive, from Malaai Road to its terminus
in the mauka direction."
SECTION 2. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6 (Traffic Code)
Article 8, Section 5, Hawziii County Code, as amended, is
hereby amended by adding the following item to the "THIRTY-FIVE
MILES PER HOUR" category.
"40. Ainaola Drive, from Kawailani Street tc
Malaai Road."
SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material and uncerscoring need not be included.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
