ORDINANCE NO. a~~~1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 8, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
NO-PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COU6fCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 15,
Section 8, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby farther
amended by amending Item rfo. 39 under the "SOUTH HILO" district
classification to read as follows:
"39. On the [Puueo] Hamakua side of Kukuau Street
[from Ululani Street to a point 220 feet makai from
7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.P1, when the Hilo Commercial College
is in session] between Kinoole Street and Kapiolani Street."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, t_he
brackets, bracketed mater:~al and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 3. This ordnance shall take effect upon its approval.
