AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CRAFTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) ARTICLE 16,
SECTION 2D, HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
STANDING IN FREIGHT-LOADING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 14 of Chapter 6, Article 16,
Section 2D, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding a new item under the FREIGHT-
LOADING ZONES" classification to read as follows:
"30. Kilauea Avenue, mauka side, beginning from
a point 230 feet Puna side of Mamo Street and extending
30 feet in the Puna direction."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed.
New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not :~e
included.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon .its
approval.
