COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE NO. 4~.a3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 15, CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC BODE),
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, TO ADD A NEW ITEM
TO SCHEDULE 12 OF SECTION 8B, KONA SUBSECTION, RELATING
TO NO-PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 8B, Article 15, Chapter 6, Traffic
Code of the Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further
amended to add a new item to Schedule 15, Kona Subsection,
to read as follows:
"20. Kaiwi Street, on the Ka'u (easterly)
side, from a op int 30' north of the driveway
into Hawaii Electric Light Co. and extending
southerly_ to Pawai Place."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 3. Severak~ility. If any provision of this
ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circum-
stances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect
other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can
be given effect without the invalid provision or application,
and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared
to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upol its
approval.
