ORDINANCE NO.~~~..
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 OF THE HAWAII COUPdTY CODE,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ELECTRICAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 11 of the Hawaii County Code
(Ordinance 395), as amended, adopting and amending the 1978
edition of the National Electrical Code, is hereby further
amended by amending Article 4, Section 10~-B(3) thereof to
read:
'°3. Feeder Circuits. For required size of feeder
equipment.
Not over 100 amperes [$4,00] $2.00
Over 100 but not over 200 amperes [ 5.00] 3.00
Over 200 but not over 400 amperes [ 6.00] 4.00
Over 400 [ 7.00] 5.00
SECTION 2. Ordinance material to be repealed is bracketed.
New material is underscored. When revising, compiling or print-
ing this ordinance the County Clerk need not include the brackets,
the bracketed material or the underscoring.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
