AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OFT] IF HAWAII COUNTY CODE. 1983
(1995 EDITION), RELATING f0 VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C'OU'NCIL OF THE COUNTY OE HAWAVI
SECTION I Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284, schedule 32 (Two hotu
parking ateas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Haw'ai'i County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is
amended by adding the following to be apptopnately numbered ar.d to read as follows
(1 Kilauca Avenue, both sides, from Hdrlr Street to Po•landwai Street
( ) Kilauea Avenue, makai side, starting one hundred fifteen Icct northwest of

SECTION 2 Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 284, schedule 32 (Two hour
parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, unnumbered Item, of III,! Hawaii County Code 1983
(1995 edition), as amended by Ordinance No 00-89, is amended to tend as IolloN%s

or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable
SECTION 6 This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
