COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCES NOS. 427 and 430, RESPECTIVELY,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1978 TO JUNE 30, 1979.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 427 adopted on
March 21, 1979, is hereby amended by deleting Section 2 in its
entirety and inserting in its place a new Section 2 to read as
follows:
SECTION 2. These projects shall be funded as follows:
A. 1. Kona Police Station - The General Fund fund
balance in operating budget
2. Banyan Way Pedestrian Walkway - the Highway
Fund fund balance in the operating budget
B. From the Sale of General Obligation Bonds:
1. Extension of Waterline at Hilo Land fill
2. Waimea Road Improvements
3. Hamakua Road and Drainage Improvements
4. Honokaa Municipal Parking Lot
5. Punawai-Waianuenue Intersection Improvements
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 430 adopted on
March 21, 1979, is hereby amended by deleting Section 2 in its
entirety and inserting in its place a new Section 2 to read as
follows:
SECTION 2. These projects shall be funded as follows:
A. Andrews Gym Improvements - the General Fund fund
balance in the operating program budget.
B. From the sale of General Obligation Bonds.
1. Honokaa Municipal Parking Lot
2. Puna Road Improvements
3. Puna Volunteer Fire Facility Improvements
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
