AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE 15, SECTION 7 (TIME
LIMIT PARKING ZONES), HAWAII COUNTY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6, Article L5, Section 7, Schedule 11,
is amended by adding a new section diter the last item under
the section headed "TWO-HOUR PARKING AREAS":
"TWENTY-FOUR HOUR PARKING AREAS
"1. Waipio Valley Lookout Parking Area."
SECTION 2. Ordinance material to be repealed is
bracketed. New material is underscored. When revising,
compiling or printing this ordinance for inclusion in the
Hawaii County Code, the County Clerk need not include the
brackets, the bracketed material or the underscoring.
SECTION. 3. This Ordinance: shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15,
Section 7, relating to 24-hour parking for the Waipio Valley
Lookout parking area.
