AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 443, RELATING Ta PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1979 TO JUNE 30, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 443, relating to Public
Improvements and Financing, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
"A. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Flood and Drainage Projects:
8. Hilo Storm Drainage $20,000
(Kalanianaole and Silva Streets
Intersection Drainage Improvements)
(Leilani Street Drainage Improvements)
SECTION 2. Funds for the project shall be provided from the
Fund Balance account in the Capital Project (Bond) Fund.

AN ORDINANCE A.'~IEPdDING ORDINANCE NO. 443, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1979 TO JUNE 30, 1980.
This Bill amends the Capital Budget by adding the following
project: "A. DEPARTR7ENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, Flood and Drainage
Projects: 8. Hilo Storm Drainage - $20,000 (Kalanianaole and
Silva Streets Intersection Drainage Improvements and Leilani
Street Drainage Improvements).
Date Introduced: December 4, 1979
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
reading at the meeting of the County Council on December 4, 1979,
by the following aye and no vote:
