ORDINANCE N0. X15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 25 AND 47 (g) OF ORDINANCE
493, ADOPTED NOVEMBER 14, 1979, RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY
TAXES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1
read as follows:
Section 25, of Ordinance 493 is amended to

of accountability, the director of finance shall assess
at the nominal sum of $7.00 each parcel of real property
which is completely exempt from taxation.
SECTION 2. Section 47 (g) of Ordinance 493 is amended
to read as follows:
Pdotwithstanding any provision to the contrary,
there shall be levied upon each individual parcel of
real property taxable under this Ordinance a minimum
real property tax of $7.00 a year.
SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. iTew
material is underscored. In printing this Ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 4. In the event that any portion of this
Ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not
affect the other parts of this Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDI,"dG SECTIONS 25 AND 47(g) OF ORDINANCE 493,
ADOPTED NOVEMBER 14, 1979, RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY TAXES.
This Bill amends Sections 25 and. 47(g) of Ordinance 493,
adopted November 14, 1979, by assessing a minimum of $7.00 per
parcel of real property which is completely exempt from taxation.
Date Introduced: December 19, 1979
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use anal examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first reading
at the meeting of the County Council on December 19, 1979, by the
following aye and no vote:
