ORDINANCE N0. 5iS
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 3, OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, TO REPEAL SECTIONS 8, 8.01 AND
8.02, ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 3, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Sections 8, 8.01 and 8.02, Article 2,
Chapter 3, of the Hawaii County Code are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 3, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE, TO REPEAL SECTIONS 8, 8.01 AND 8.02, ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 3,
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE.
This Bill amends Article 2, Chapter 3, Hawaii County Code,
to repeal Sections 8, 8.01 and 8.02.
