HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1980-529 1976-1980~, BILL NO. 565 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO.i 529 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.29, THE CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP, ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICUL- TURAL (A-3a) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-20) AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-4-03:PORTION OF 46. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.29, Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "7.29(zzz). The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-20): Beginning at a pipe at the northwest corner of this parcel of land, the same being also the southwest corner of Lot B-2-2, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM " being 10,644.93 feet South and 2,251.27 feet West; and running by azimuth measured clockwise from True South: 1. 265° 40' 121.00 feet along Lot B-2-2 to a pipe; 2. 355° 40' 406.00 feet along Lot C-1 to a pipe; 3. 85° 40' 121.00 feet along the North side of Kawailani Street; 4. 175° 40' 406.00 feet along Lot B-1 (and along the east side of Ease- ment B) to the point of beginning and containing an area of 1.128 acres. "All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit 'A' and by reference made a part hereof." "This ordinance shall take effect forthwith upon the condi- tions that (A) the petitioner or his authorized representative shall submit a subdivision plan and secure tentative approval within one (1) year of the effective date of approval of the change of zone. The petitioner/representative shall also be responsible for securing final subdivision approval; (B) a ten (10) foot strip along Kawailani Street be, delineated and set aside for future road widening; (C) access to the rear portion of the lot shall be delineated at the time of subdivision approval meeting the approval of the Chief Engineer and the Planning Department; is and (D) all other applicable rules, lied with. regulations, and requiremen Should any of the foregoing conditions not be be comp met, rezoning of the property to its original or more appropriate zoning designation may be initiated."
