AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 456, COUNTY OF HAWAII, RELATING
TO THE AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE PATTERN ALLOCATION
GUIDE MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE
OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1, Item C-20, Ordinance No. 456 of the
County of Hawaii is amended to read as follows:
"C. North Hilo District
20. Intensive/Extensive Agriculture and Low Density Urban
Development to [Low Density Urban Development]
Alternate Urban Expansion: O'okala - makai of the
Hawaii Belt Highway."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material
is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed
material, and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of applications of
the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end the proviisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 456, COUNTY OF HAWAII, RELATING

This Bill amends Section 1, Item C-20, Ordinance 456 of the
County of Hawaii to read "C. North Hilo District, 20. Intensive/
Extensive Agriculture and Low Density Urban Development to Alternate
Urban Expansion: O'okala - makai of the Hawaii Belt Highway."
