AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN THE
ADMINISTRATION OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 11, DISCOVERY
HARBOR SUBDIVISION AND AAIACENT LANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the fund
balance account of Improvement District No. 11, Discovery
Harbor Subdivision and Adjacent Lands, the sum of $20,500,
or so much of such sum as is necessary to pay for the
following legal services and oizt-of-pocket expenses connected
with the administration of Improvement District No. 11.
A. Alan Okamoto (C-1348/FC-236) $13,000
B. Robert J. Hill (C-1434) 7,500
SECTION 2. This ordinancf=_ shall be effective upon its
approval.
