ORDINANCE NO. ~~~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 443, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1979
TO JUNE 30, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 443, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing is hereby amended by adding the following
project:
"B. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
9. Hamakua Park Facilities Improvements $15,000."
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall 'be provided from the
Fund Balance account in the Capital Projects (Bond) Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE'. NO. 443, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1979 TO JUNE 30, 1980.
This Bill amends Ordinance 443, the Capital Budget, by
adding the following project: "B. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND
RECREATION. 9. Hamakua Park Facilities Improvements - $15,000"
